Magic is real Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2004 I've had no money for way too long. My night work called today to tell me they forgot to pay me last Friday and don't really know how many hours I worked. I estimated somewhat generously on my part, but they say the can only prove they owe me half of that. Fucking shit. Now, I'm boggling my brain trying to prove I worked certain days. On the other hand, last night I had an epihany that resolves most of the last decade. It was weird, scary, and fun. Somehow it was a let down. Afterward, I wondered what now? For better or worse, after reading a book called the Cosmic Serpant by accident, it's apparent that everything I've been doing for the past ten years has distinct roots in shamanism. |
