If I had the day free Tuesday, Mar. 16, 2004 Back in the olden days, I would have a day such as today absolutely free to do almost whatever I could imagine. If today was a day such as that, I would make backup copies of all my 5 1/4" disks on 3 1/2" disks. I was not going to shower, but I think the intensely soothing steam would benefit today. The last few days have been of overwhelming depression, and I am hoping to overcome it. For instance, I was assigned dining room duty yesterday which means I have to walk around with a bottle of sanitizer and a rag and keep all the tables clean and orderly, and when I first came out into the dining room with my bottle and rag, I look over the dining room and just dropped the bottle of sanitizer out of overwhelming despair. The spray top fell off and the sanitizer all spilled out. I looked down at it and sighed. But today will be better! |
