Dreamsicle Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2004 Today I was on the front line again. I looked at the Dreamsicle cake all day and then ate some at the end. Now, I have my 15 minute Internet break at the Science Library before I go to the Survey Research Center for my night shift. I am kind of tired now from standing around all day and touching hot pans, but I am so excited to have exited boredom station. There was a fight today in which the guy that looks like Ice Cube called someone a bitch and mentioned the witness protection program. The best thing that happened today though was when the wheelchair girl came, and I got to help serve her a breakfast of a chocolate donut, a grilled cheese sandwich, and a diet Coke. I wish I had said something like I like your meal, but I was still in awe. There are ten minutes left to my Internet splendor land. I hope I can get up when it is time to go. I was thinking I need to do something special for Valentine's Day for Chelsea. Dave Deyette called on the telephone a couple days ago. I can't wait to pay off my credit card. When I get home, I can going to take a shower and vacuum my carpet hopefully. Then I can fly on it and sprinkle stardust in your window. |
