I started carrying music paper with me yesterday, since the MIDI album has kind of stalled around the late 60's... a lot of the 40's through 60's are compositions of just clicking frantically on the staff for a couple seconds, then starting a new track.

So, I thought in waiting moments, I could thoughtfully/carefully draw in some penciled notes on my music paper and put them on the computer later.

In my last moments of work, I've thought, why don't I just finish the whole thing (128 songs, 128 instruments) tonight (I'm on 68 or something)?

Well, it takes longer than you'd think to compose even a failed song.

When I go to Boulder/Denver, Colorado, I would bet there are lots of old sweaters in the thrift stores?

Update: The first Value Village was in Denver.

I'm reminded of Denver the Last Dinosaur and how I called that 1-900 Joke number during the commercial break one dark day long ago.
