Good sides:
Brown carpet, wood paneling
1 bedroom
cool building
right next to Laundromat
5-10 minutes closer to work
free hot water (so I could essentially avoid getting gas if I use a space heater and don't use the stove.)
available when I'm moving out of here
management is 2 minute walk away (to pay rent)
don't have to put my stuff in storage and sleep on people's couches

Bad sides:
$425 a month (although I will save $ on gas)
5-10 minutes further away from downtown (but whatever)
don't really trust the management

My first choice was falling though, so I went with Gran Ellen. When I sign the lease tomorrow, a weight will be lifted. I need to get a 2nd job at some point though! (to save enough $$$)

The girl who also wanted the Gran Ellen apartment had to forfeit it, because she had a dog. What they don't know is that I'm a dawg, haha.
