On and on and on Tuesday, Mar. 08, 2005 I guess I am getting better today. Here comes the trash truck! Judgement Day came yesterday for my new old records. Julie sold me her record player, the Soundesign model that Javier has too but in white with a vampire sticker and purple/plum motif. This one is in maroon, cerulean blue, and that funky purplish grey. Most were amazingly bad, but Hugh Mundell and Vangelis came through. This record is in pretty bad condition, but aspects of that make me want to make a record more than ever. Even in worse condition, it still plays and is kind of added to by the noise. The bass is still deep. It's skipping on "[celest]ial children." It feels closer to summer than ever. I will definitely not have a car by any part of summer. Hopefully, by August though, at least, to move my stuff to a new place to live. I'll go back to work tomorrow where my sausage biscuits await. 4 more for late nights cracking the texts. |
