Woodsy palace Friday, Dec. 17, 2004 The reason I feel so good is that I have a dream I know I can achieve. I envision a woodsy palace for me to live and work at. It'll have those stone/cement/whatever ornamental brick things that I've been so obsessed with around it. I plan to make a photo gallery of ones I see around Athens and other cities one day. There is no web resource for them I can find. I would love a good library. I would like books with pictures of musicians. Or maybe the pictures on the records would suffice. It would be like a temple. I can't believe I haven't been sick yet. I've been pumping up myself with vitamins and positive vibes though. Both my co-workers seem to be sick today. Last night, Addison brought over his photos, so now I have a picture of me as Batman that I can scan this weekend. I sat by the heater cube in my room unzipping hundreds of DOS freeware/shareware graphics and sound programs. I knew I'd only find of handful of actually good/useful ones, but oh how good the good ones are. I'm going to make an entry about them later when I'm done going through the whole collection. Game Music Maker and T Paint are my favorite so far. It's pretty cozy in the office today. I'm working on a textbook about Advertising. |
